Theres a new Ipod  update and available ....but its not free.....u can download it free here....

Save it in a folder and your download begins....

Once downloaded.....click update or restore(in itunes) while holding down shift....a window opens prompting you to choose where the firmware is ....select the file you saved it in....

Then Violá ....your Ipod touch will start Updating...
